System design. SSG will conceptualize the overall structure of a production process, including selecting equipment, determining process parameters, and identifying potential bottlenecks or challenges. We support installation and training activities to ensure site operation quality and staff proficiency.

Process Quality Management
Product Definitions. Our team develops product specifications that define the chemical and physical characteristics of your product, its retail market, pertinent process information, and quality control parameters in alignment with Good Manufacturing Practices. These documents provide the basis for product registrations, international quality certifications, or technical sheets for consumers.
Testing Plans. SSG offers custom testing services depending on the type of seaweed and intended use – Food, Feed, Agriculture, Pharmaceutical, and Biofuel. A testing plan is used to evaluate batch consistency and develop critical limits. This information is used to ensure a product is appropriate for an application and meets target specifications - helping effectively market and sell seaweed products.
